  • 6 Eggs yolks
  • 150 gr White sugar
  • 170 gr Milk
  • 320 gr Cream
  • 1/2 Teas spoon vanille 
  • 500 gr Mascarpone cheese
  • 75 gr Cup of coffee at room temperature
  • 75 gr Lemon’Armonia or Frida’s Coffee per layer, use more liquor if you like more lcreamy 
  • 2 Box of  savoiardi
  • 2 Spoon of Cacao amaro


  • In a medium saucepan, whisk together the egg yolks and sugar until well combined, add to the milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil
  • Boil gently for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and leave to cool slightly.
  • Cover and leave in fridge for 1 hour.
  • In a medium bowl, whip cream with vanilla until thick. Beat the mascarpone together with the egg yolks until you obtain a well-blended cream
  • In a small bowl, combine the coffee and Lemon or Frida’s Coffee. Spread the ladyfingers lengthwise and season with the mixture of coffee and Lemon’Armonia or Frida’s coffee.
  • Arrange half of the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of a bowl approximately 20x30cm.
  • Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, then half of the whipped cream. Repeat the layers and dust with cocoa. Cover and place in the fridge to rest for about 4/6 hours.
  • We remind you that it is a dessert that contains, albeit in a small quantity, liqueur with an alcohol content of between 18% and 20%.
